Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Currently we only ship within the Republic of South Africa.
Shipping is by Door to Door courier, countrywide. Deliveries are Monday – Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (excluding public holidays).
In Stock products are usually dispatched within 24hrs of payment confirmation being received. You will receive an email containing all relevant delivery details and tracking number.
We ship from within Gauteng which has an average delivery of 1-2 days to major centres, and 3-4 days to outlying areas.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return please email sales@jctech.co.za along with proof of purchase and we will forward instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note only regular priced items may be returned for refund. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective Goods

We offer a 30 day warranty on all items purchased from us. If you receive a defective product please send us an email at support@jctech.co.za detailing the issue along with proof of purchase.
We will inspect the item and if defective we will repair or exchange it.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
